Before returning or exchanging a Rangkosh product please note that every Rangkosh product is handcrafted by skilled artisans under supervision and every step is taken to maintain the highest quality. Utmost care is taken to exclusively give you unique designs and quality products. All our products go through screening before being dispatched and hence Returns or Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if the product received is the wrong order or it was damaged in transit. The damaged or incorrect order must be returned within a week (7 days) of delivery in the same state as received.

Easy Steps to Process a Return:
- The buyer must inform Rangkosh about the RETURN OR EXCHANGE within 2 days of receipt of order by mailing us at email@example.com along with the order no. and decently clear pictures of the received order attached in the mail.
- It will be up to the Rangkosh team to approve the incorrect/damaged products as viable for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
- After the approval by the Rangkosh team, you will receive an email stating the procedure to return/exchange the product.
- It will be the buyer’s responsibility to return the products to Rangkosh at the soonest.
- In case of a damaged product, once the damaged products are received, Rangkosh will issue either a full refund including the returns shipping cost incurred by the buyer, when courier bill is provided by the customer OR replace the product free of charge within 7 working days of receiving the products back.
- In case of an incorrect order, once the incorrect products are received, Rangkosh will replace the items and refund returns shipping cost incurred by the buyer, when the courier bill is provided by the customer.
- We will not be held liable for any RETURN or EXCHANGE that we were not notified about in the given time period.
Refunds Will be processed ONLY in the following case:
- If the products were damaged during Transit
- If the products were lost during Transit
- There are genuine quality issues with the product
- An incorrect order was sent to the buyer
No Refunds shall be processed in the following circumstances:
- If a wrong or invalid delivery address was given by the buyer
- If an inaccurate address format including any type of a PO Box address was given by the buyer
- If the package was refused by the recipient.
- Size/Weight Issues: All sizes and weights are given in the product description, any buyer cannot refuse a product on these grounds
- If the products returned are in a used or a more damaged condition then in the picture sent via mail.
- Minor colour and design variation: All Rangkosh products are handmade with the highest quality of stones or metal. Any minor discretion from the picture on the website will not be held applicable for a return or exchange.
- If the product is not damaged
- If the buyer thinks that the product does not suit him/her as they thought it would
- If the buyer has failed to take care of any tax/ custom charges their state in India or their country levies upon an incoming shipment.
- When the payments are done through buyer’s Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking or PayPal when purchased, the refund will be provided to the same account respectively through our Payment Gateway as long as they are approved by Rangkosh as a damaged/incorrect product.
- When paid through Gift Cards/Vouchers, the refund will be provided in the form of new Gift Cards/Vouchers of the same value.
- When paid through other payment modules, the refund will be made in form of a NEFT transfer to the customer's account OR in form of an Account Payee Cheque in the name of the Customer given in the Billing Page. This might take up to 7-10 business days from the date when the buyer has requested a refund.
